Refund Policy

Returns

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original bill. Custom-fit and installed items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or as store credit, at customer preference.

Service refunds

Service charges are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a fitted product is found defective, we will repair or replace it under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
